Dr. Lori Bradley is the Founder of Kaimana Partners, a talent management consulting firm specializing in corporate learning strategies and executive development. She also serves as Executive Chair of the bluSPARC-Elite program, where she coaches and advises senior executives and C-suite leaders to strengthen their enterprise leadership capabilities and prepare for future Board service.
Prior to founding Kaimana Partners, Dr. Bradley held executive leadership roles in talent strategy and inclusion at Chewy, Amazon, United Airlines, and PVH Corp., the global company behind iconic brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Throughout her career, she has built award-winning leadership, learning, and DEI programs recognized by Forbes, Business of Fashion, and Fortune.
Dr. Bradley has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, and AGENDAWEEK, and has been recognized as a New York Business Woman of the Year and one of the Top 50 Talent Executives for Diversity by the National Diversity Council. Her book, “The Handbook of High-Performance Virtual Teams” was published by Jossey-Bass. This comprehensive guide to successful virtual collaboration in global settings has been adopted as a textbook in various graduate programs.
She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is passionate about helping companies develop enterprise leaders who lead with both excellence and empathy.
